Under the same pressure and flow conditions, the flat fan nozzle delivers the strongest impact force among all mechanical nozzles.

Additionally, flat fan cleaning nozzles can be manufactured from diverse materials, including stainless steel, PP, brass, ceramics, and PVDF, to accommodate different working environments. For high-pressure applications, the nozzle core can be constructed from hard materials such as ceramics or tungsten steel to ensure durability.

Installation Methods for Flat Fan Nozzles:

• Clamp-on types are prevalent in pretreatment systems for coating processes.

• Welded connections are often employed for filter press belt cleaning and similar applications.
