Advantages of Denitration Lances
The denitration lance is one of the core components of the entire denitration system. Its performance and quality play a decisive role in the denitration efficiency of the project. Denitration lances typically feature fixed or retractable mechanisms. For intermittent denitration projects, retractable installation allows the lance to be withdrawn from the furnace when not in use, extending its service life. The lance can be mounted on nozzle assemblies to ensure long-term and effective operation.
Denitration is a high-temperature process. The denitration lance working in this system, specifically the SNCR (Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction) denitration lance, operates in extremely harsh conditions. It must withstand high temperatures and resist wear from high-speed gas flows.
Although denitration lances are equipped with automatic retraction functions—allowing them to retract during system downtime to avoid high-temperature combustion and prevent clogging from high-concentration dust—nozzle blockages may occasionally occur.
To address the issue of clogging in atomizing nozzles of denitration lances, our company’s R&D center has designed the ZB direct-flow nozzle with anti-clogging functionality. This nozzle is easy to disassemble and clean, offering strong anti-clogging performance, significantly extending the service life of the denitration lance.
